Finance Manager (Long Beach)

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities

Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions

Partner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers and risks

Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting

Support capital analysis, ROI modeling, and business case development

Assist with systems enhancements, reporting tools, and process improvements

Present clear, concise financial insights to senior leadership

Support ad hoc strategic initiatives as the business continues to scale

Ideal Background

FP&A experience within a large, complex organization

Exposure to companies with revenues in the hundreds of millions or more

Strong communication skills and comfort interfacing with executives

Solid tenure and progression in prior roles

Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities

Experience working with modern ERP and reporting tools

Systems or implementation experience a plus
