Sourcing Director

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Create and deploy the supply strategic sourcing strategy for people, process and technology across your region.
• Lead, develop and empower supply team members.
• Build and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and individual growth.
• Foster strong supplier relationships to build a mature and resilient supply base to support high-growth businesses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant partners, including product development, sales, planning, manufacturing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Deploy best in class processes and metrics to support business growth and delight our customers.
• Lead strategy deployment creation and execution of key projects.
• Manage Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and functional transformation.
• Learn global economic trends and commodity market intelligence.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related. Masters' degree preferred.
• Passion for growing and developing people - people first is how we operate.
• 10+ years leading teams with experience in supply or strategic sourcing management supporting manufacturing environments is a must.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work comfortably in ambiguity.
• Experience with supply chain management implementation.
• Willingness to travel (mostly domestic, up to 25%).
