  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and manage all sales functions within its health plan division. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a strong background in multi-product, integrated provider-owned health plans or commercial health plans with a focus on quality and service. The VP of Sales will be responsible for a range of business lines, including large group, self-employed individual, sales operations, agent relations, and consumer sales, with a particular emphasis on marketplace and Medicare supplemental. This role is pivotal in driving membership growth that is in line with the company's goals and values, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and executing successful sales strategies. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 7-10 years' of senior-level sales experience, with at least 4-6 years' in a management role. The role requires a leader with a passion for and a deep understanding of health plan market dynamics, including experience in selling to payers, providers, or health insurance solutions. The VP will be expected to create a culture of success and ensure ongoing business and sales goal achievement.
