Sales Director

A company is looking for a Director of Sales, Consumer Finance Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Motivates and monitors a team of 4 to 8 sales executives to ensure successful sales performance

Provides training and expertise to develop the sales pipeline and close new business

Drives initiatives to achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets while maintaining customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience

5+ years in a Sales Management position

10+ years in the payment / fintech industry selling enterprise-level payment software solutions

Proven track record of building long-standing client relationships

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in motivating and developing sales professionals
