Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Regional Program Manager to drive growth and ensure the successful delivery of Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs across public sector clients in your region. This is a full-time remote position, requiring occasional travel (up to 30%) to client sites as necessary for strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development activities within your assigned region, identifying new opportunities and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
Oversee the program delivery for public sector accounts, ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
Implement operational excellence strategies to optimize delivery processes and resource management to align with client needs.
Collaborate with public sector vertical leads to synchronize regional strategies with market trends and client requirements.
Manage the regional Profit and Loss (P&L) to meet financial objectives and maintain control of operational expenses.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within state governments and public sector agencies.
Mentor and support State Account Managers, promoting a culture of high performance within the team.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related area.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in program or account management, particularly within the staffing industry and MSP programs, focusing on public sector and large enterprises.
Residence in a western state is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex client programs successfully.
Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and contracting requirements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA and other applicable standards.
This role requires sedentary work, involving frequent periods of sitting, along with occasional movement for meetings.
Capable of performing repetitive tasks on a computer, using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and education.
