CompTIA Security+ certification 10+ years of full-stack software development experience, including leading enterprise-level projects. Expertise in C#, ASP / .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Azure PaaS, Dynamics 365. Strong experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles. Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and integrating structured / unstructured data. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills. Experience in DoD environments or IL5 / IL6 cloud instances. Knowledge of ITIL, data governance, and federated data standards. Background in architecture frameworks and metadata management. Summary :
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-grade software applications supporting dynamic data integration, visualization, and decision-making across a secure, cloud-hosted environment. This role will lead a collaborative Agile development team delivering scalable solutions that integrate government, commercial, and custom-built components.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead Agile software development efforts across a suite of integrated applications in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
- Design and develop scalable, secure web applications using C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and Azure PaaS.
- Integrate and maintain GOTS, COTS, and custom-built modules while ensuring interoperability and data standard compliance.
- Guide team execution through planning, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders to implement data governance, federation, and visualization capabilities.
- Support embedded training features and end-user documentation to promote system adoption.
