Production Lead – Drive Excellence in Logistics Operations

1st shift 8am -5pm M-F and / or 12noon -8pm

Take charge of production operations that keep supply chains running smoothly. As a Production Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing workflow, coaching team members, and ensuring top-tier performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
  • Supervise and support warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inbound / outbound shipments
  • Resolve discrepancies in production or inventory records through root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and KPIs
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols, ISO standards, and company policies
  • Use SAP and other systems to track workflow, inventory, and reporting metrics
  • Recommend process improvements and participate in cost-saving initiatives

What You Bring :

  • Bilingual – English / Spanish
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or production leadership
  • Strong understanding of logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts)
  • Hazardous material certification (preferred)
  • Associate degree or equivalent vocational training
