Safety, Health & Environmental Specialist

Location : Charlotte, NC

Crandall Corporation is seeking a motivated Safety, Health & Environmental Specialist to join our compliance team. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing work, helping businesses strengthen workplace safety, meet OSHA / EPA / DOT requirements, and protect the environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain safety, health, and environmental plans.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Deliver engaging compliance training to groups of all sizes.
  • Support clients with permits, documentation, and reporting.
  • Travel to client sites across the Southeast (with some overnight stays).

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (science / environmental focus preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; strong attention to detail.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
