We are seeing a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Springfield. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary orthopedic clinic dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
As a PTA at NEOS, you’ll play a key role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve function following injury or surgery. We welcome both experienced PTAs and recent graduates with a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation and functional recovery.

Responsibilities :
Provide hands-on support for therapeutic exercise programs , neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility training under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)Assist in the delivery of post-operative rehabilitation , sports injury recovery , and chronic condition managementDocument daily treatment notes , update progress reports, and communicate patient status with the care team in compliance with HIPAA and clinical guidelinesEnsure proper use of therapeutic modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation, hot / cold packs) as prescribedEducate patients on home exercise programs (HEP) and activity modifications to support ongoing recoveryCollaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and schedulingQualifications :
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) programCurrent Massachusetts PTA license in good standing (Required)Experience in an orthopedic, sports medicine, or outpatient physical therapy setting preferredProficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and patient documentation systemsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse patient populationsCPR / BLS certification (Preferred)Schedule :
Full-time : Monday–Friday, Day Shifts (No evenings or weekends)40 hours / weekCompensation :
Hourly range : $27-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.$2,500 Sign-on Bonus!
