What Youll Do
As an Insurance Account Representative, youll play a vital role in helping clients feel confident about their future. You will:

• Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through phone, email, and video calls
• Conduct virtual policy reviews and deliver personalized recommendations for auto, home, life, and health insurance
• Manage customer needs with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Leverage product expertise to provide clear explanations and solutions to both warm and cold leads
• Collaborate with the Agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals
• Represent our agency with integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellenceevery single day

What Were Looking For
We want motivated professionals who are ready to learn, grow, and make an impact. Heres what will set you up for success:

• 1+ years of sales experience with proven results
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain within 30 daystraining support provided)
• Self-discipline, reliability, and time-management
• Comfortable using CRMs, video conferencing, and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
