Med Rec Clerk-FT / 9 : 30AM to 5 : 30PM

Responsible for all Clerical functions from time of admit to discharge on all episodes of care up to and including the completion of all medical records in accordance with Medical Records Policies and Procedures. This includes but is not limited to release of information, birth registry, processing of expired patients paperwork, point of care scanning, and deficiency assignment and completion of medical records according to all state, hospital, and Joint Commission Standards.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Experience

3 years experience related to medical records Preferred
