Interim Financial Planning Team Leader

We are seeking a STRONG SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS Leader for a 2 to 3 MONTH PROJECT at a large South Florida healthcare company. This could be a contract to hire situation

Must have skills for the project include:

• Extensive FP&A experience within a large corporate environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid MS Access skills
• Solid knowledge and experience in the Health Care industry – you can’t build and manage the planning models needed without the knowledge of how the industry accounting and cash flow function
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with senior executives across the company on budget and planning issues
• Excellent team leadership skills to mentor more junior analysts
