Direct Support Professionals enjoy schedule flexibility, benefit eligibility at 30+ hours per week (individual coverage is under $60 per month!), generous paid time off, paid sick leave, and retirement plan eligibility at 20+ hours per week with match eligibility at 30+ hours per week.

Job Responsibilities of the Direct Support Professional include but are not limited to :

• Assists residents with personal care areas on a daily basis, which may include : showering / bathing, housekeeping, laundry, budgeting, bill-paying, banking, and shopping.
• Maintains compliance with all health and safety facility related licensing standards (Department of Economic Security, Divison of Developmental Disabilities and Department of Health Services).
• Implements recommended therapies; documents implementation of recommended programs, outcomes, progress and concerns using the Therapy web-based documentation system.
• Entry level applicants welcome - we will train!

Required Qualifications :

Ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and FBI National Criminal Records History Report (employer paid)
