Summary

Acquire in-depth product knowledge and applications to support segment leaders and sales teams. Key role in scheduling and quoting all products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Work directly with Product Managers and associate managers executing AOP and supporting sales teams.
• Attend production calls with manufacturing facilities to confirm scheduling and obstacles.
• Commercial Expertise : Customer; Product / Solutions; Market; Competition
• Working knowledge and expertise in Sales Force, PowerBI and M3
• Work with the master scheduling team to form accurate production schedules. Updating / communicating schedules and completion dates.
• Prepare accurate quotes working with the appropriate teams.
• Work in concert with the PM and manufacturing team to schedule delivery dates to customers.
• Communicate with CTOS vendors in all aspects of the buying process.
• Collaborate with PM on process improvements and or obstacles.
• Attend SIOP discussions.
• Give production timely feedback on any warranty claims.
• Participate in marketing meetings discussing effective marketing strategies to ensure segment growth.
