Retroaim is looking for a Project Engineer that will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and estimating concrete cutting and core drilling projects. This position requires strong technical knowledge of concrete cutting methods, equipment, and safety standards, combined with excellent project management skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Create construction estimating on various tasks depending on what the customer would like within concrete drilling and cutting.
• Provide engineering expertise for concrete cutting and core drilling operations.
• Recommend appropriate cutting techniques, tools, and equipment based on project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits to familiarize yourself with the proper tools and techniques to provide an adequate estimate.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Track material usage, labor hours, and equipment performance.
• Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
