Key Responsibilities
Engage with internal and external customers to facilitate transactions with Customs and Border Protection and Partner Government Agencies
Prepare and submit documentation, manage entry verification, and resolve customer billing issues
Support account management activities and produce operational trend reports
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
12 months of brokerage, transportation, or customer service experience required
Proficiency in MS Office and standard office equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience handling high volumes of work and time-sensitive tasks
