Staff Applied AI Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Applied AI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural efforts in the unified AI platform, defining orchestrator architecture and foundational APIs

Guide technical decisions across AI Capabilities, influencing orchestration patterns and execution flows

Provide oversight during the consolidation of multiple systems into a single orchestrator, ensuring reliability and speed

Required Qualifications

Proven impact in complex, cloud-based systems, with a preference for candidates having 10+ years of experience

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with large language models in production

Experience deploying evaluation frameworks for LLMs and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems

Strong ability to design scalable systems in complex environments with fluid priorities

Proactive use of AI as a core part of engineering practices, advocating for its integration in workflows
