This role involves managing invoicing and customer payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and maintaining effective communication with customers to facilitate timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and tracking invoices for customers.
• Processing and applying customer payments accurately.
• Reconciling accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Managing customer communication to ensure timely payments.
• Handling billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Generating financial reports for management review.
• Driving healthy cash flow and reducing outstanding debts.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.

Benefits
