Retail Associate

Bring your skills to our team as a Retail Associate, where you will coordinate with other departments when needed, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, and handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks. Additional duties include adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, manage simple records and enter information accurately, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, as well as assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, learn company products and services to better assist others, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
