Reality Labs Web Marketing Manager
The Reality Labs (RL) group brings together industry-leading experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. We are building the tools and experiences that make people feel closer together. This includes our wearables and VR products.
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Web Marketing Manager to join our RL Marketing Communications (Marcom) team. This individual will manage the strategic development and deployment of our web marketing initiatives, working closely with the broader Reality Labs Digital Marketing organization. This position is deadline focused, and is conducive to those that thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Build the strategy and direction for Reality Labs's web experience, always-on content programs, integrated campaigns, and general optimizations across .com site, blogs, etc
- Build, maintain, and execute a global roadmap of projects, deliverables, initiatives
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects working closely with stakeholders, creative and development teams
- Work closely with our Marketing Technology and analytics team to build out dashboards, testing plans, report on success, and identify areas of opportunity
- Partner closely with content marketing and SEO experts to improve organic traffic and rankings for business content
- Act as the liaison for engineering, production and product marketing teams to ensure the website is solving for both business prospects and partners, and reflecting the latest features on our platform
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices and be an advocate for our web site
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in consumer technology marketing with expertise in web marketing, performance strategy, or growth marketingProven experience guiding the growth and development of a marketing web siteWebsite measurement skills including data analysis and reportingKnowledge and understanding of web accessibility best practices and ADA requirementsDemonstrated experience leading strategy and roadmap development, facilitating concept and ideation sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and creatively solving problemsSkilled in effectively communicating across multiple teams and with executivesProven track record of building and managing effective full-funnel marketing programs for large-scale consumer brandsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative and engineering, to produce high-impact digital experiencesDemonstrated to deliver measurable ROI for the business through digital marketing initiativesPreferred Qualifications
Leadership experience, collaborative project management skills, and technical knowledge to lead day-to-day website functionality and larger complex projectsExperience marketing to consumer technology or gaming audiences preferredSolid foundation of SEO best practices, proficient with HTML, and user interface designExperience managing agencies and external resourcesExperience working for large scale consumer brandsPublic Compensation : $150,000 / year to $211,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
