Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience with mainframe systems

6+ years in mainframe performance analysis and optimization

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Proficiency in performance monitoring tools (e.g., RMF, OMEGAMON)

In-depth knowledge of mainframe architecture and operating systems (e.g., IBM z / OS)
