Job description

Outpatient | M–F | No Call | $600K+ Earnings

Step into a thriving, fast-growing private practice and join a high-performing team delivering top-tier interventional pain care.

Position Overview

Clinic Volume :  ~20 patients / day

Procedures :   2 dedicated procedure days / week  – all interventional pain cases

Support :   CRNA on all procedure days

Team Structure :  Incoming physician will be  1 of 2.5 physicians

Setting :  Outpatient only, Monday–Friday, no nights / no weekends

Compensation

Year 1 : Guarantee salary

Year 2+ :  Transition to  zero-cap productivity model

Current physician earning :   ~$800K

Bonuses :  Performance-based bonus

Signing Bonus :  Negotiable

Relocation :  Up to $15K

Benefits :  Full benefits, retirement, PTO
