Experience in technical product development at early-stage start-ups or innovation projects in larger firms. Knowledge of AI native software development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot). Strong understanding of Linux and AI Native container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with scripting languages (like Python, Bash) and programming languages (such as Go, Rust, Java). Knowledge of modern API design principles relevant to agentic systems. Expertise in model tuning and customization through context management approaches. Experience with modern software IDEs, CI / CD pipelines, and collaborative platforms (e.g., Github, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with Nvidia NVAIE and Microsoft Azure AI stacks. Experience using modern AI native tools (such as Figma.AI, base44). Experience in large-scale, cross-functional software development projects. Strong communication and leadership skills. A comprehensive compensation and benefits package aligned with your performance and contributions. The base salary for this position ranges from $125,500 to $230,200 across the US, with specific ranges in certain metropolitan areas. Our hybrid work model expects most team members in client-facing roles to collaborate in person 40-60% of the time throughout the year. AI Software Development Manager
The opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Software Architect specializing in AI Native software development. This role is designed for professionals who have harnessed AI techniques to enhance traditional software services and build AI agents as integral components of their products. The ideal candidate has successfully designed and implemented AI-native applications and is adept at integrating these capabilities into existing products. Expertise in agile AI-enabled DevOps is crucial, along with a passion for developing scalable AI solutions in dynamic environments.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop innovative AI Native designs in collaboration with the product team.
- Assess and select appropriate toolchains while conducting technical evaluations.
- Create best practices for AI Native development and design patterns.
- Guide the evolution of existing applications to effectively incorporate AI functionality and technology.
- Evaluate new project proposals to ensure they utilize optimal AI architecture design and implementation.
- Collaborate with other architectural specialists in AI, security, data, and infrastructure for balanced outcomes.
- Support strategic business development initiatives for emerging technologies.
