Chief of Staff – Operational Leadership

West Los Angeles, CA | Reports to CEO

We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to lead operations and manage an admin team of 3–5 for our client in West Los Angeles. This is an exclusive opportunity with a fast-growing company managing a $200M portfolio across agriculture, real estate, and investments.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee CEO’s calendar, email, and task delegation
  • Manage office operations and team performance
  • Drive projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate travel, events, and vendor relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in senior roles (Chief of Staff, Office Manager, Project Manager)
  • Small business experience and stable career history
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Legal experience a big plus
