Essential Job Functions
· Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern
· Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM’s Core Values
· Develops standard capabilities requirements aligned with project attributes
· Evaluates personnel against set project requirements
· Assists in sales presentations for project management capabilities
· Monitors the effectiveness of the project management process
· Ensures compliance with the project management process
· Participates in readiness review and lessons learned
· Manages the project gating process
· Assists Project Superintendents as necessary
· Provides training to Project Superintendents and other project related field personnel
· Responsible for successful performance of individual projects
· Develops resource requirements for projects
· Assists in development of estimates and proposals
· Identifies scope deviations for creation of change orders
· Identifies delays at a project level
· Ensures timesheets and job sheets are properly completed, approved and submitted
· Provides leadership at a project level
· Evaluates project performance of personnel
· Maintains strong customer relationship
· Ensures contract compliance
· Monitors cost and schedule against budget and baseline
· Ensures equipment is maintained while on the project
· Ensures personnel are properly trained and certified to perform the tasks they are assigned
