Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Travel Echo Tech to join our healthcare team for a 13-week assignment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential diagnostic imaging services. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in pediatric echocardiography, though all qualified echo technologists are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care.

Ensure optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis under the supervision of physicians.

Maintain equipment and ensure proper calibration and safety protocols.

Accurately document procedures and patient information in compliance with facility policies.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Certifications & Licenses (Required) :

AR?T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Echocardiography Certification) or equivalent

State Licensure for Medical Imaging Technologists (if applicable)

What You Bring :

Proven experience in diagnostic medical imaging, specifically echocardiography.

Strong understanding of ultrasound technology and diagnostic procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Flexibility to work scheduled shifts; days shifts preferred.

Willingness to adapt to various clinical environments and patient populations.

Preferred Education & Experience :

Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or related field.

Prior experience working in pediatric echocardiography is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex imaging procedures with minimal supervision.
