Global Productivity Manager, Workforce Management & Labor Planning

You will lead global workforce management strategies and productivity programs to improve labor allocation improve operational efficiency and enhance customer and employee experience across Levis retail network. You will bridge strategic execution ensuring agreement on global retail excellence goals.

About the Job

• Labor Model Development & Optimization

Work with the Levis Process Engineer to build global labor models tied to Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Manage projects to improve store productivity and profitability through operational thoughtfulness and cost excellence.

Standardize WFM practices and reporting across regions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

About You

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note time in office can vary depending on needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $110000 - $162000 per year . We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and our needs.
