About the Role
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Administrator / Developer to join our IT Applications team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our D365 F&O environment through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
You will work across system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, security, integrations, and light developmentperfect for someone who enjoys a diverse, hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage and configure D365 F&O environments (Production, UAT, SIT, Gold)
🔹 Support system setup, workflows, parameters, forms, and business rules
🔹 Perform troubleshooting across functional & technical areas
🔹 Collaborate with integrations, BI, and application development teams
🔹 Maintain and manage security roles, SoD compliance, and user provisioning
🔹 Support data migration, validation, and ongoing data hygiene
🔹 Monitor system performance and lead incident management
🔹 Provide post-go-live stabilization and support
🔹 Maintain configuration and security documentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Strong knowledge of security roles, workflows, configurations
Experience with Azure DevOps (work items, deployments)
Solid troubleshooting skills (functional + technical)
Ability to support third-party integrations (API / EDI)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Must work onsite 35 days / week in Chattanooga, TN
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified : D365 F&O Apps Administrator
Experience with Power Automate or workflow automation tools
Background in logistics, 3PL, or transportation
Experience partnering with BI / data teams
