A health services organization in New Jersey is currently seeking a licensed OB Hospitalist to join their team at one of their facilities in Sussex County.

About the Opportunity :

  • Assignment Length : Ongoing

Schedule : 12 or 24 hour shifts (days & nights)

Setting : Intermediate NICU, level 2

EMR : EPIC

Responsibilities :

The OB Hospitalist will :

  • Assess pregnant women who present to the hospital, including those in labor or experiencing obstetric emergencies

    • Assist with labor and delivery, providing care during the childbirth process

    Evaluate pregnant women who come to the hospital with pregnancy-related concerns or complications, such as preterm labor, bleeding, or high blood pressure

    Perform ultrasounds to assess the health and well-being of the fetus

    Educate pregnant women and their families about pregnancy, labor, and delivery, helping them make informed decisions about their care and addressing any concerns or questions

    Perform other duties, as needed

    Qualifications :

  • Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey

    • Board Eligible / Certified
