Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruiting coordination, including resume review and candidate communication
Manage the onboarding process for new candidates and track their progress
Support training administration by sending invitations, maintaining logs, and updating training materials
Required Qualifications
Experience in administrative support, HR coordination, or recruiting coordination preferred
Proficiency with Google Suite and spreadsheets
Strong organizational and time management skills
