Locally owned and operated family business no corporate red tape. Work alongside other skilled installers and subcontractors in high-quality remodels. Apprentice already onboarded and ready to learn and work as a crew with you. Materials, project plans, and scheduling handled by our office you focus on the craft. Free uniforms provided. Training on our proven installation systems and methods. Opportunity to work on and learn kitchen remodels. Warehouse unit to store things and work (has kitchenette, coffee, parking). Complete demolition of existing tub / shower and prep of walls / floors. Construct and waterproof shower bases (pans, tile, shower systems). Install waterproofing (various types), and ensure code compliance. Layout, cut, and set tile (or non-tile panels) for walls, floors, niches, and benches. Grout, seal, and finish tile assemblies, including trims and caulking. Install vanities, faucets, toilets, mirrors, and trim as part of full remodel scope. Direct a helper / apprentice for demolition and cleanup tasks. Maintain a safe, clean jobsite and communicate effectively with the project manager. 3+ years of professional bathroom remodeling or tile installation experience. Proficient in tile layout, cutting, waterproofing, and installation best practices. Comfortable with general carpentry, light plumbing, and drywall repair. Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces. Professional appearance and respect for homeowners' spaces. Hungry to grow with a small but expanding remodeling company.
