Job Title: Surgical Services Manager RN

Location: On-site, near Austin, TX

Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 + Relocation Assistance

Schedule: Full-time • Days (No Weekends)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Surgical Services Manager RN to oversee and lead the surgical services department. In this role, you will ensure efficient and high-quality care delivery, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the surgical services department, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources to optimize department performance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
• Support, mentor, and develop staff to promote professional growth and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification REQUIRED
• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in surgical services within an acute care setting REQUIRED
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) REQUIRED
