This part-time role offers a fast-paced, supportive environment where you'll make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community. Position Highlights : Schedule : 2x12-hour shifts / week (variable), open M-F 8a-8p Weekend Rotation : Every 3rd weekend Call Requirement : 2 days every 4 weeks (as needed) Compensation : Competitive hourly rate shift differential signing bonus potential Support : Thrive AP program enrollment, strong teamwork, and excellent support staff Minimum Qualifications : Education : Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (accredited program) Licensure : Current / unrestricted NP license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain) Certification : Family Nurse Practitioner Experience : Minimum 1 year in Urgent Care or Primary Care in a fast-paced setting; confident in treating acute illnesses / injuries (e.g., URIs, lacerations, sprains, fractures) Join a mission-driven team committed to accessible, high-quality care.
