We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant to Business Managers to join our Sherman Oaks office. This is a part-time, in-office role (25 hours per week) with the potential to grow into full-time. You’ll work closely with Business Managers who support high-profile clients in the entertainment industry.
What you’ll do:
Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support payroll processing and vendor payments
Communicate directly with clients and vendors — strong phone and people skills are a must
Help maintain organized records
Provide administrative and project support to the Business Management team
What we’re looking for:
Some bookkeeping and/or client service experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with QuickBooks or ADP a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Interest in growing into a long-term role in business management and entertainment accounting
