Bartender

Acclaimed Michelin Star Chef Mourad Lahlou and the Aziza team are accepting resumes for skilled, passionate, and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our front-of-house team. Our rustic menu showcases an innovative marriage of modern techniques and tradition, highlighting Chef Mourad’s deep knowledge of spices and Moroccan flavors. We are equally known for our innovative cocktail program and eclectic wine list , which play a central role in the guest experience.

We serve dinner Wednesday through Sunday and brunch Saturdays and Sundays .

Weekend availability is required.

Bartender Applicants Should Meet the Following Criteria :

Experience as a professional bartender in an upscale-casual or fine dining environment

Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

Ability to execute cocktails consistently and efficiently in a high-volume setting

Knowledge of all menu items and the ability to make thoughtful pairing recommendations

Self-starter with excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to take direction while also working independently behind the bar

Team-oriented mindset with a positive, respectful attitude toward coworkers and guests

Please, no egos

Strong organization, sense of urgency, and attention to detail

Solid understanding of current sanitation practices and health department standards

Current Food Handler Card

Responsible Beverage Service certification

Job Responsibilities :

Full bar setup and breakdown daily, including stocking, polishing glassware, prepping garnishes, and maintaining cleanliness

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to Aziza standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar throughout service

Engage guests with knowledgeable, warm, and professional hospitality

Assist with dining room or service support as needed

Must be able to work weekends and at least one brunch shift

Regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
