Job Summary: Local sales representative goals are to service and sell foodservice accounts in their given territory to help grow the individual routes they are responsible for selling on, also maintaining existing accounts through quality calls on existing foodservice stops in effort to strengthen our relationships with the customer and grow our business from within.
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Present and demonstrate products to potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Familiarity with retail math and basic sales techniques
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
