What You’ll Do :
- Report to head chef
- Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and rolls with an eye for detail
- Ensure freshness and safety of ingredients
- Collaborate with the team to design seasonal specials
- Keep sushi bar and kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
What You Bring :
Proven experience as a sushi chef (1+ years preferred)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentTeam spirit and a passion for food and hospitalityJapanese speaking a plus
