We’re opening a new traditional sushi restaurant in search of passionate and skilled Sushi Chefs. Our setting is a blend of authentic Japanese decor with a modern vibe. If you’ve got a talent for crafting delicious sushi and a love for Japanese cuisine and culture, we want you!

What You’ll Do:

• Report to head chef
• Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and rolls with an eye for detail
• Ensure freshness and safety of ingredients
• Collaborate with the team to design seasonal specials
• Keep sushi bar and kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a sushi chef (1+ years preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team spirit and a passion for food and hospitality
• Japanese speaking a plus
