Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift, promptly reporting any significant changes.Administer procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation in patient medical records.Respond effectively to patient needs and proactively resolve any concerns to enhance their care experience.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement holistic patient treatment plans that optimize recovery.Facilitate the continuity of care by coordinating with healthcare providers and community resources for specialized patient needs.Qualifications :
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification needed within 60 days of employment.Must have a Registered Nurse (RN) designation.Completion of a Registered Nurse Diploma.Chippenham Hospital has been a pillar of quality healthcare since 1972.
