Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Description

The individual in this role will be a member of the financial reporting group for awriter of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance. Argo Group is a subsidiary of Brookfield Wealth Solutions ("Parent Company"), an investment-led insurance organization with over $150 billion in total assets. The team is highly visible, responsible for external and internalreporting, as well as directly participating in a number of global finance projects and initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Participate in the preparation of our group consolidated financial statements, including footnotes to the financial statements and other disclosures

Participate in the preparation of reporting templates for the Parent Company

Participate in research and application of US GAAP

Participate in the preparation of various memos such as going concern, related party memos, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with business intelligence tools such as SmartView,Hyperion Essbase, etc. (preferred)

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
