Giana Restaurant is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities :

• Food Preparation : Accurately measure and prepare ingredients according to established recipes and portion sizes.
• Knife Skills : Demonstrate exceptional knife skills in chopping, slicing, and dicing various ingredients.
• Ingredient Organization : Maintain a well-organized and clean workstation, with attention to ingredient freshness and labeling.
• Inventory Management : Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including restocking and rotating supplies.
