Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify potential insurance customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and referral activity.
• Customer Engagement: Start meaningful conversations to build interest in State Farm products like auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule in-person or phone appointments for our licensed sales team to complete insurance consultations.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the agent and team to achieve daily and weekly lead generation goals.
• Customer Outreach: Youll engage with prospects by phone, text, email, and in person as appropriate.
