North Carolina Licensed Tax Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr Tax Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quarterly and year-end tax provisions, federal, state, and local tax returns

Maintain internal controls for SOX 404 compliance and timely filing of tax returns

Research tax issues and interact with internal and external auditors as necessary

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience required

4-7 years of relevant work experience preferred

3-5 years of corporate income tax experience, including federal and multistate tax experience required

CPA preferred
