Position Summary :
The Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist will lead and support the onboarding and optimization of Sage Intacct for our clients. This role bridges technology, accounting expertise, and client advisory, ensuring smooth and successful adoption of Sage Intacct solutions while providing ongoing accounting support and insight.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of Sage Intacct implementation : requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with clients to assess business needs, design effective workflows, and customize Intacct modules as necessary.
- Migrate data from legacy accounting systems to Sage Intacct.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation for clients and internal staff.
- Client Accounting and Advisory Services
- Provide outsourced accounting services, including monthly close, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and analysis.
- Advise clients on best practices for accounting processes, leveraging Sage Intacct functionality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend value-added solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for client questions relating to accounting, internal controls, and financial operations.
- Work closely with firm partners, managers, and other client service team members to coordinate client deliverables.
- Participate in firm-wide workflow and technology initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting requiredMAcc preferredCPA License or pursuing CPA preferred.2+ years of experience in public accounting or related accounting roles.Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct required; Intacct implementation certification highly preferred.Strong working knowledge of GAAP and core accounting processes.Proficiency with other accounting platforms (QuickBooks, etc.) a plus.Demonstrated ability to implement technology solutions and translate business requirements into technical configurations.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Benefits :
