About the Role :

Pinnacle Charter Schools is seeking a detail-oriented Student Data Support Specialist to join our Admissions team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree who enjoys organization, accuracy, and supporting student success behind the scenes.

In this role, you’ll focus on entering and maintaining student data, transcripts, and records , while also assisting with outreach efforts that strengthen enrollment and departmental operations. The position offers room to grow and flexibility to support evolving needs across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter and update student transcript and enrollment data.
• Verify and process required documents for compliance with state and school standards.
• Maintain organized digital and physical student files.
• Support outreach initiatives to help increase student enrollment and engagement.
• Provide general administrative and data support to Admissions and related departments.
