Accounting Manager

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Accounting Manager with a strong background in both audit and tax to join our client's firm. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5-7 years of public accounting experience, demonstrate leadership in managing financial functions, and have hands-on expertise in both tax and audit processes. This role will also oversee bookkeeping functions and assist with compilations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and perform both audit and tax engagements across various clients, primarily in the real estate / construction industry.
• Review and supervise the work of bookkeepers and staff.
• Oversee compilation engagements and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Collaborate with clients year-round on audits, tax filings, and related accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Utilize industry-specific software to manage workflows and reporting.
