A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Caregiver Time & Attendance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support multiple Caregiver Time & Attendance Managers, providing guidance and performance management
Develop and implement performance management strategies, ensuring compliance with attendance policies and regulations
Analyze attendance data and collaborate with various teams to drive efficiency improvements and resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5 to 7 years of experience, with prior leadership experience preferred
Experience in time and attendance management, preferably in home care or healthcare
Knowledge of Electronic Visit Verification systems and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA
Strong leadership and people management skills
