Job details

Qualifications :

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Driver’s license (Valid and insurable with our insurance carrier).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of background requirements.
  • Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed.
  • Obtain and maintain all required certifications (all provided during your paid training).

    • Primary Job Duties :

  • Provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Assist with personal care tasks including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, medical monitoring, and ambulation.
  • Assist with all aspects of maintaining a healthy and clean environment including cleaning, laundry, general upkeep, grocery shopping, banking, and community activities.
  • Transportation to shopping, appointments, and fun activities in the community.
  • Establish and maintain support / companionship with the individuals we serve.
