Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help provide clinical oversight of clients receiving Intensive Behavior Support.
Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location : American Canyon, CA
Sign-On Bonus : $5,000
Salary Range : $110,000 – $115,000 per year + $6,000 Annual Bonus Potential (paid monthly)

Responsibilities of BCBA overseeing Intensive Behavior Support services :
Develops treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidenced based, and focus on reducing challenging behavior, and / or maintaining low rate of challenging behavior by implementing schedules / routines that are client preferred.Help families by modeling the implementation of effective behavior change procedures. (FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning / demand fading, etc.) as requestedService funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support individuals with developmental disabilities across all ages and disabilities that are eligible for Regional Center services.Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staffMonitors treatment progress and effectiveness to update treatment plans to support clients’ needs and learning styleProgram Objectives :
Assisting clients with basic self-help needs while promoting highest level of independenceAssisting clients with socialization skills, as appropriateContinuing daily routines that the family is currently performing and provide families / caregivers with a break from the duties of care.Ensure safety supervision, assist with meal preparation, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and light housekeepingQualifications :
Provide an active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Family & Marriage Therapist, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)Have excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate critical thinking skillsSupervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferredExperience providing behavioral services to children, and adults preferredExperience in quality management preferredProficiency in the EnglishReady for a new adventure in the behavioral health field?
