Performance-Based Compensation

This role offers a competitive base pay of $18/hour, plus uncapped commission and bonus incentives. Average performers earn an additional $500 per paycheck, with top performers reaching $70,000–$90,000+ annually.

About the Role

• Represent the Rite Window brand at local retail stores and community events

• Engage customers face-to-face and promote our home improvement solutions

• Schedule appointments for our design and installation experts

• Receive ongoing coaching to develop your sales and communication skills

• Help homeowners take the first step toward transforming their spaces

Key Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, service, or sales) preferred—but we welcome motivated beginners

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A results-driven mindset with the drive to meet and exceed goals

• A coachable attitude and a passion for learning

• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), plus some weekday flexibility

• Reliable transportation for travel to events within the region
