Logistics Field Associate Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the legal and administrative support industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Field Associate Lead to join their team. As a Logistics Field Associate Lead, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting process servers and record management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Location : Santa Ana, CA

Pay Range : $22.00hr

Shift : 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

Follow up via email with process servers to confirm subpoenas for records have been served

Process attempted serves in the company's system accurately and efficiently

Review proofs of service to ensure completion and compliance

Maintain detailed records of all communications and activities related to subpoenas

Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and ensure timely service delivery

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using computer systems and email communication
